Hi,

 

Bluetooth on my notebootk (hp 240 g3) doesnt works at all. upon checking device manager and system information I have noticed that "compatible driver for bluetooth controller is not installed"

I have tried downloading and installing bluetooth driver from below link but it never worked

could you please share compatible driver here?

Hi:

 

I see that your notebook's support page does not have the bluetooth controller driver you need for the Ralink wifi adapter your notebook comes with.

 

Here is the link to the W7 BT driver you need for that model wifi adapter...

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the MediaTek/Ralink Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

it worked fine. I can use my bluetooth with no other issues now.

 

however I strongly recommend to put this driver on official driver page. there seems to be a different file available.
