HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (78U72AV)

My laptop HP 255 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC A29T0UA#ABA started disconnecting from the internet. I reinstalled the operating system and I used the factory drivers, and HP installer, and wiped it completely, but it worked fine for an hour or two and then crashed again when it disconnected from the internet (My laptop is doing the same thing). I checked the drivers and all Windows patches. I've reinstalled it at least five times in the last four months.

When I have Microsoft Teams meetings, I log in from my computer and phone at the same time because I lost the internet connection on my laptop.

1) I bought a USB Nano AC600 wireless network card. I thought that might be the problem, but I still had intermittent internet disconnections.
2) I bought a new TPLink Archer AX3000 router. I thought that might be the problem, but it isn't.

Any recommendations? I wouldn't want to change my laptop; it's still new and it worked perfectly before this issue.
I've always bought an HP, but I can't deal with this problem anymore.

You're very welcome.

I have applied the new Driver, and the connection speed has improved, but unfortunately, the disconnection error persists, and the intermittent internet disconnection continues.

HP Recommended

Sorry that the driver update didn't resolve the disconnection issues.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try, and it seems like you have already tried anything I can think of.

For your Realtek adapter try driver 6001.15.152.0. It is in hp package 1.0.0.248 Rev.S in the Previous releases section for your hp model driver network software. I've had luck with this older release. Although that does not explain why the usb wifi adapter has the same problem.

Oh, no! Thanks, I appreciate your help. If you have any other ideas, please let me know.
