Product: 450 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot install BT drivers on W10. System does not see my internal BT card, I have one unknown device:

 

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

ptah - USB\VID_0000&PID_0002\5&4C54937&0&2

 

As I checked notebook uses Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. I tried to install drivers form HP site and Intel - still the same problem.

I can boot this PC on any Linux/other Live system if that will help you.

I tried Ubuntu 18, but system does not see BT by default too. Wifi is working. This is the same card.
