Hi @birdyn,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you're experiencing issues with your HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer, particularly with the Wi-Fi connection. If the Wi-Fi light on your printer is blinking, it indicates that the printer is not connected to the Wi-Fi network.

Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly.
  • Make sure that your printer is within the range of the Wi-Fi signal.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings.
  • Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the correct password.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart Your Router:

  • Sometimes, connectivity issues can be resolved by restarting your Wi-Fi router. Turn it off, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check Network Settings:

  • Make sure that your printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Verify that your computer is not in airplane mode, as it may disable the Wi-Fi connection.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating the firmware may resolve connectivity issues.

HP Smart App:

  • Consider using the HP Smart app to troubleshoot and manage your printer. The app may provide additional tools and information to help resolve issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
