Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My broadband is approximately 54Mbps download. It started when it was new with Wi-Fi speed bening inconsistent - sometimes running very slow 10-20 Mpbs and other time at around 52 Mbps. 52 Mps is about the normal speed for my other computer and Wf-Fi devices. 5 months down it got worse, I spent a month trying to find various fixes (resetting network connection, new Drives, different Wf-Fi access point etc).

When the lattop 1st boots up I get 52 Mbps, this quickly drops down to 10-20 Mpbs  within 5 to 10 minutes. Spent 1 Hr 45min on the phone with HP support they eventually concluded there was a problem and It was off for repair. About 2 weeks later is was devivered back to suposedly fixed, but it has exactly the same problem.

I'm really not happy about this I don't want to be stuck on the phone with HP support when I should be working. Can anyone advise me on what my next step should be.

thanks
