Hello Friends!

I hope you are fine! My company are using HP Elite X2 G4 and we started to configure them creating a Provisioning Package with Windows Configuration Design. We noticed the APN for LTE is not activated and the tablet remains only in mobile 3G connections.

We tried using Enterprise APN configuration and also cellullar setting in WCD with the same result.

Could you let me know if there is an additional parameter to consider in order to activate LTE APN?

Here are the configurations

Using Connections>Cellular:

<Customizations>
<Connections>
<Cellular>
<Connection ConnectionName="LTE APN" Name="LTE APN">
<AccessPointName>ASM</AccessPointName>
<AlwaysOn>Enabled</AlwaysOn>
<AuthType>PAP</AuthType>
<Enabled>Enabled</Enabled>
<IPType>IPv4</IPType>
<RATApplicability>
<EnableFor2Gand3G>Enabled</EnableFor2Gand3G>
<EnableForLTE>Enabled</EnableForLTE>
</RATApplicability>
<Roaming>Allowed</Roaming>
<TrafficDescriptor>
<ConnectionCapability>internet, lteattach, administrative, purchase, supl</ConnectionCapability>
</TrafficDescriptor>
</Connection>

Using Connections>Cellular>Enterprise APN

<Connections>

</Cellular>
<EnterpriseAPN>
<EnterpriseConnection EnterpriseConnectionName="APN enterprise" Name="APN enterprise">
<APNName>ASM</APNName>
<AlwaysOn>True</AlwaysOn>
<AuthType>PAP</AuthType>
<Enabled>True</Enabled>
<IPType>IPv4</IPType>
<IsAttachAPN>True</IsAttachAPN>
</EnterpriseConnection>
</EnterpriseAPN>
<General>
<DataRoam>InternationalRoaming</DataRoam>
</General>
</Connections>
</Common>
</Customizations>
</Settings>
</WindowsCustomizations>

I appreciate your support and help.

KR, Rodrigo
