Product: HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G10 Notebook PC

HP Image Assistant and Client Management Script Library Supported Platforms states that the laptop model "HP EliteBook 640 14 inch G10 Notebook PC" is supported by HP Image Assistant (HPIA).

Still it leaves the device with one unknown device "VEN_8086&DEV_51F1"

 

On another model similar problems were solved by a second run of HPIA but that doesn't help on this model.

 

I am NOT interested in help to locate or install the correct driver manually. I need to report this problem to the HPIA team for a fix.

I there a better way to get in touch with the HPIA team than through the forum? I support a big organization with many different models and we spot other issues now and then.

Running HPIA (HP Image Assistant) interactively shows that the device is actually identified but the driver download is not found (error 404).
