My HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 Notebook PC cannot connect to any Bluetooth speaker, I have tried Anker Soundcore and Tribit speakers, it could not connect to any of these, but can connect and send/receive file from my phone (Pixel 6a), I have uninstall and install drivers, I have also contacted Microsoft help assistant and she also undated all my optional drivers updates and yet, no improvement.
I really need assistance on this Bluetooth issue.
Thanks all.

You have to allow your speakers are DISCOVERABLE otherwise your computer can not see them. Manuals of the products will tell you how to turn them ON..
Regards.

Thank you Banhien for your response, yes my Bluetooth devices are all in discoverable mode because my phone and other PC can see it, only this HP EliteBook x360 1030 G4 could Not. However, it managed to see the Soundcore after a prolonged search, connected to it but the (Mp3) song it was playing through it was cracking terribly (note that the Mp3 file is fine, plays well in the PC speakers and through AUX, but cracking while playing through Bluetooth), I disconnected and have been trying to connect again, it refused.
