Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy continues to disconnect from the internet and acts as if it does not have the ability to connect to Wi-Fi whatsoever. Wi-Fi Drivers don't appear in the device manager to reset, there is no option to turn on Wi-Fi discovery, I have reset the network multiple times, I have reset the computer, my router is working properly as I'm currently using my phone's Wi-Fi to hotspot my Envy to type this problem, and I have taken it to a computer repair shop, which he was able to fix for about 1.5 weeks and the same issue happened again. After about five days, randomly the laptop started working for about one week and stopped again. After 1.5 weeks of not working it started working again for about three days and stopped an hour ago. If i cannot fix the issue this attempt how do I get a manufacturer's refund as I bought this laptop in June i believe from a military exchange here in San Diego.
