hello I'm having trouble with my notebook HP HQ TRE-71004 after installing windows10 (32 bit) the touch screen is not working anymore and the Bluetooth also and I couldn't add the battery icon on my screen please is there any solution to fix this?

Hi:
HP HQ TRE-71004 is not the model number of your notebook.
I would need to know the product number of your PC in order to look up the specifications.
To find the product number, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.
Type: System Information
The System information app should show up.
Run the app and the product number of your notebook will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.
If the notebook was made in the last 10 years or so, it may not be supported for 32-bit operating systems.

Well, the good news is, your notebook only supports 32-bit operating systems.
The bad news is, HP never released any W10 drivers for the model series.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W8.1 32-bit Intel Chipset, Graphics, Camera and Audio Driver Pack and hope that gets the touchscreen to work, because there aren't any individual touchscreen drivers, and I have never seen touchscreen drivers for any HP notebook.
