Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The problem is that the module is always show "Turned off" when I install latest drivers which is suggested by HP Support Assistant. If I install older drivers the installation always fails. Which driver to use?

Solved by reinstalling the system. Seemed to be problems with bloatware or smth.
