I purchased a brand new HP Laptop several months ago. Less than 2 months after purchase the battery stopped taking a charge. Swapped the battery with a brand new replacement and less than a month later I’m having the same issue. Replaced the charger cable with a brand new one as well to confirm that wasn’t part of the problem. What are the odds that I’d have 2 bad batteries this quickly? Am I missing something? Note: battery and charger drivers are up to date.
