Hello,

in our organization we have an HP-C dock G5 as an test model in combination with an HP Probook 640 G8.

On the laptop we configured the MAC pass through as system address because we don't want to have this open.

The reason for this is the security of the network port on  the G5 dock, we don't want to open this for everyone.

Unfortunately the MAC pass through is not working and the connection says no internet.

 

Things we tried,

Update Bios.

Update network driver of the G5 dock.

Set power setting of the Network driver to always on.

Set MAC pass through on in the bios.

 

The strange thing is that we have a similar laptop where MAC pass through is working....

 

Does someone has any idea?
