Hello everyone,
First, thank you for having me on the forum.
I am interested in upgrading my wifi card from a 2.4ghz to a dual band 2.4/5ghz wifi card. I have looked at the notebook manual (HP model: 15-F233wm) and it doesn't seem to show any dual band wifi cards? Does this mean the card is not able to be upgraded to a dual band? I am not an savvy with computer hardware/software and would appreciate any guidance and suggestions everyone has.
Thank you

Hi:
Unfortunately, the dual band wifi cards in the form factor your notebook's wifi card has, all need two antenna cables for dual band to work, and yours only has one.
You can experiment with this card, and if you connect the single antenna to the main antenna terminal, it should work, but the bluetooth portion of the card will not, because it would need the second antenna cable.

You should be able to find the card in used but tested and working condition on eBay.
Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

You can only use the card that looks like this...
