HP Recommended

HP Pagewide Pro 577 Mfp is offline.  We changed modems but with same info.  Same Model, same password--NOTHING changed but now my printer will not print to my laptop - Dell.  When checking my laptop and printer everything is connected but printer will not print my documents.  How do I get printer back online. Used HP Smart, cked Control Panel, did diagnosis and everything appears to be in order--but Printer remains Offline. HELP,
