i usually connect my mobile with notebook using bluetooth connectivity, last one week onwards i am not able to connect, as bluetooth option is not able find, anyone please assist me how to resolve this issue.

I debug this issue using trouble shoot manager there also bluetooth is not available, i restarted the services manually still bluetooth option is not available

Hi:

 

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Ralink RT3290 Wifi/Bluetooth adapter.

That is a very common problem with that model wifi adapter.  I am surprised the wifi is showing up.

 

There is no fix, but you have two options...

 

 You may want to consider replacing the card with this upgraded model...

 

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

 

You should be able to find the card on eBay.

 

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

 

You can also purchase an external USB Bluetooth adapter.

 

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi adapter removal and replacement procedure.
