HP Pavilion Aero 13.3 inch Laptop PC 13-be0000 (3B3W4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello!

I have just bought an HP Pavilion Aero 13 laptop and expierenced a problem.

When using battery it frequently disconnects from Wifi network and shows no available networks afterwards.

After a reboot it works fine again for some time and then the same thing happens forcing another reboot.
The situation doesn't seem to take place when the laptop is plugged into the electrical network.
I use Windows 11 with all available updates installed according to the windows update center.

All drivers on my device are up to date according to the HP official website.

This problem has been brought up by many other members of the community.
Please help! I like the laptop very much😢

Thank you very much for your help!
It turned out that  I hadn't installed ALL the updates from the Windows Update Center when I posted the first message.

I have just installed a couple of  updates which have something to do with Firmware and LAN:

My BIOS version has changed to
AMI F.08,   09.03.2022
Would you still recommend to update BIOS and Wifi driver using links you provided in your message?
Or to wait and see if the updates have done the trick?

Hello!

I've installed the BIOS update and the Wifi driver from your links.

The situation seems to have improved.

When the battery was 65-100% charged everything was ok,
since it reached approximately 50% there have been 3 disconnects BUT
each time the connection has restored after 3-4 seconds and there has been  no need of reboot.

I would really appreciated it if you shared any other ideas of what might solve the problem completely.

Anyway, you have already helped a lot.

Thank you!

Hello!

Since the last driver update there have been 2 disconnects, as before both times the connection have restored within 5 seconds, so it's basically  ok.

I've noticed that the disconnects seem to happen primarily during conversations via Skype and Discord.

Aynway thank you very much!
