Hello HP - do you even monitor your own forums?

We have one 440 G5 doing this as well.

Having the same issue. I am IT in my organization and not sure if this is a physical issue with the board. I tried playing with the drivers but no luck. Even using this at home it has the same issue so I don't believe its associated with what type of network you are using.

One thing that helped someone out is when I suggested to play with the airplane mode when this happens. It's annoying to know that the laptop can't even stay connected while everyone else is working without issues but toggling the airplane mode helps with the physical keys on your keypad.

I solved that issue by replacing the Realtek RTL8822BE with an Intel wireless card on all laptops affected (we had many occurence of this problem).

Since then, no issue at all!

Hey Bob.  What model Intel WNIC did you end up using and from where did you order it?
