HP PROBOOK 450 G10
Microsoft Windows 11

We have bought 12 x HP PROBOOK 450 G10 notebooks. (serialnumber of 1 of them is 5CD4138J3L)

We have drivers issues with these laptops.
When we perform a clean install with latest Windows 23H2 windows image the laptops are VERY slow when starting our ERP software. This is a client server application with heavy network traffic. What we see using the process monitor is that the netwerk connection on SMB level is taking a lot of time when downloading DLL files... We see a lot of fragmentation or offsets.

We installed 1 laptop with an older 23H2 image and this laptop is very fast.

We installed the same type of laptop with a newer 23H2 image and this laptop is very slow.

I have succeeded in installing a new laptop and GET it to run fast after 1 day of installing and upgrading etc ...
But when i try to install the second one using the same procedure then i don't succeed in getting it to run fast.

Very frustrating problems.... deploying new laptops shouldn't be such a hard task.

Has anybody else experienced this issue and did they find a solution.

We also try to find out what the difference is between the fast and the slow laptop but can't find any... Driver wise everything looks the same.

I'm out of ideas ... should be strange that i'm the only company suffering from this problem.
