HP Probook 4530s Bluetooth driver error code 43

Product Number : GJ760AV

OS: Window 10 Professional

I reinstalled the OS from the original disk and downloaded the drivers from HP website. All drivers are working fine except bluetooth. It gives error code 43. I tried all the drivers on the HP site and none works.
Can anybody help?

Hi:

Bluetooth is controlled by the wifi adapter.

What model wifi adapter does your notebook come with?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

I did a fresh OS installation and didn't know what was my wifi adapter. However I downloaded the wifi drivers from HP and it worked. The driver is Atheros 2011 Wireless LAN Driver and I tried all the bluetooth drivers from HP website and nothing worked.

Thanks it worked. However I installed the same driver before but with the wifi turned on  and this time I turned off the wifi and installed and it worked. But still I have some errors in some drivers as seen in the image. What can I do to resolve these.

I can't help you with the BT peripheral devices, but this link from Microsoft may help with those.

Even though they direct you to install software for Vista, it must also work on W7 too.
