Hello, 

 

I got a new laptop yesterday the HP 14inch Stream Intel and it is not recognising the correct wifi password? I’ve changed my wifi password again to see if maybe I just did it wrong before however it just won’t recognise it!

It connects fine to my hotspot on my phone so I’m unsure what the issue is! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
