HP Spectre Mouse 700 does not connect

Hi All,

I just buyit a new HP Spectre Mouse 700 for my Notebook HP Spectre and I try everything to connect it via Bluetooth but it dosent work! Every time the pc quit the connection after he the bluetooth adapter find the device!? I tried really everything but now I dont come forward. Please help me everyone if you had the same problem

Are you sure the mouse supports Bluetooth ? Its specs

Please 

 

(a) Connect USB cable to the mouse to and use it few houras to charge the mouse first.

(b) Now, remove the cable and plug USB dongle to USB port.

 

It will connect automatically. You have to recharge it when required.
