I have HP Spectre 16 2 in 1 product no. 53M09EA#ABU with Wi Fi 6e module

I notice question asked here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Upgrading-to-Wifi7/td-p/9094632 and want to ask same question whether the Wi-Fi 7 module that is now fitted in the latest Spectres can be purchased and fitted into my laptop. According to that article item is Intel BE200 HP part number N39883-001

 

Obviously don't want to purchase card without being sure it will fit - would it affect any warranty?
