i have the same issue that many have identified.  Laptop stop consistently connecting to wifi.  I found this forum and when i opened the Spectre x360, indeed, the wire, noted as "main" on my laptop, was not connected at all.

How did you get the the wire to connect to the base.  It will not snap on for me?  Someone mentioned the use of electrical tape, but i don't see how that is possible.

Hello...I'm the one who suggested using electrical tape, but only to secure the wires once they are connected. I'd recommend using a magnifying glass to see what you are doing. These connectors are very small and delicate. Using a pair of tweezers to position the connector might also help. Just don't squeeze them too tightly.

I just took the computer to a small, local computer shop, and they somehow connected the wire for me.  Not sure how.  Cost was about $20.  Service was priceless.

Ok...since you paid them $20...make it count and take the back off carefully...without disconnecting what you paid $20 to fix and run some electrical tape along the back side covering those two connectors...enough tape to cover them and secure them so they don't pop loose again.
