Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598V1AV)

Hi,

I just bought a new laptop today but I can't connect to my wifi.

It's strange because my Macbook, my phone and my TV don't have any issue.

Also I could connect to my phone hotspot but but it just won't connect to my wifi and it says "can't connect to this network".

I've been trying all day all kinds of fixes found on Youtube but nothing works...

 

Please help, thank you.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the latest Wi-Fi driver for the Mediatek MT7921 wifi adapter from the Microsoft Update catalog website.

 

First one on the list.

 

Microsoft Update Catalog

 

This driver version is 3.0.1.1294   3/13/2023

 

The one on your notebook's support page is 3.00.01.1281    01/09/2023
