Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H508AV)

Hello everyone, I just got my new Vicuts Desktop and I'm having a bit of a problem with the internet connection. Even though I have 350-400 mbps on all my other devices I only get around 60 with my new PC. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Your machine could be one of the following machines

For example :    Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop TG02-0003la PC

 

The above machine has 

 
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo adapter

 

Please use Device Manager to see which one is on your machine. Re-install or update its driver may help.

Hi Banhien, thanks for the reply. My device has Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac model.

I also realised that it won't connect to 5GHz even though it's the preferred one on the device manager.
