HP Notebook - 14-cf0014dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP laptop model 14-cf0014dx and model 5bm69ua#aba having WiFi connectivity issues. Built-in WiFi adapter had issues connecting to WiFi and finally stopped connecting. I have been using USB wifi adapter for a while. Even this seems to have issues and dropping connection. Any suggestions what can be done to resolve the issue permanently?

Installing didn't help. It doesn't recognize available wifi networks.

Please try updating the BIOS from HP.COM corresponding to your laptop's product no.

Thanks for the response. BIOS update also didn't help. Is there way to replace the network adapter? How do I find compatible model?

I'd love to check for the compatible models and suggest you possible options. But then I can't do it here. I am available on HP forum on fb. I am also at gmail.
