Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I turned on my laptop and found out that the F12 key stayed orange so I had no internet connection. I have pressed the key and it still stays orange even though it says that airplane mode is activated or deactivated. Then now the ports don't read any type of connection. Neither usb devices, hardwire internet cable, etc. 

I have already tested with the Windows' troubleshooter but it doesn't recognize any type of problem. 

I would really appreciate some help here.
