HP Recommended

When I turn labtop on, it sends me to a black screen and says hard disk error. It wont let me get to anything else. I’ve ran the system tests.

Then the only suggestion I can offer would be to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system since you can't boot into Windows.

You will probably have to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

If there is a 24-character failure ID code that was generated, enter the required information at the link below and you should get a report of the code and the most likely way to fix it.
