My new HP ENVY is also very, very, slow......

 

I started using my small screen phone instead.  Very disappointing that I paid over 800.00 for a lemon.

There is a security patch for many HP products including a security patch for the HP ENVY - this patch increased the speed of my laptop.

 

I found this article / patch by clicking on the blue question mark on the bottom of my computer in the task screen and searched with my model number.

 

I spent a lot of time on the slow computer.  I wished that HP would've sent out a notice to owners regarding this or made it easier to find the information.
