Thank you for the replying to my post,

I'll be glad to help your friend, although, since this is a different issue and another computer, I suggest you create a new thread with that issue and include the product information.

 

If you'd like to continue here, I could make the necessary changes for you, that said, I would request you reply with the product number and OS used on your friends PC,

And in the meantime, perhaps you could attempt updating the graphics card and Hotkey utility drivers from HP website.

 

Also, include details of the video, is it online or offline (stored on the computer)?

If I understand you clearly, you're unable to pair the mobile hotspot connection with your HP computer. 

 

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

  • Please let me know the exact computer model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
  • Are you using a Windows, Apple OS or an Android phone?
  • Is your HP computer able to connect to other wifi networks?
