Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Model 13-ag0301ng

Hey,

also ich wollte über meinen Laptop [HP ENVY x360 Convertible Model 13-ag0301ng] einen mobilen Hotspot einrichten. Aber mein Handy verbindet sich nicht mit dem WLAN - ich gebe das Passwort ein und am Ende steht ja Zeitüberschreitung auf meinem Handy und lässt sich nicht verbinden.

Da ich kein Computer Freak bin, kann ich auch leider keine weiteren Auskünfte geben woran es liegen könnte - könnte mir jemand helfen und wenn dann eventuell detailliert beschreiben was ich machen kann? 😄

(pls reply in german / bitte auf deutsch antworten)
