SIM card alone won't work, it needs WWAN card. Did you buy WWAN card option for your machine ? Not all Elitebook Revolve 810 G3 machines have this option. Please check Device Manager, does your machine have one of the following options
- HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module
- HP lt4211 LTE/EV-DO/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module
- HP lt4112 LTE/HSPA+ Gobi 4G Module
If not, you can buy one of those and install yourself because the series supports after market cards.
