How can I get the driver that will support the SIM card on

my laptop hp elite book 830 G6

SIM cards don't need drivers.

 

Your notebook does not have the WWAN mobile broadband adapter that is required to connect to a cellular network.

 

All the SIM card does is allow you to use your cellular company's cellular service.

 

Chapter 3 of the service manual has the list of supported WWAN adapters with their HP part numbers that were offered in the model series:
