HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L7AV)

I just bought headphones, the Sony WH-CH520, which are wireless and connect with Bluetooth. When I try to pair my headphones to my PC via Bluetooth, the model doesn't show up at all. I've tried troubleshooting the issue through suggestions online, adding the device manually (device still will not appear), I've restarted both products, and nothing has worked.

These headphones pair with my smartphone instantly. Pairing with my PC is the main issue. Please help!

You need to allow it as discoverable. You have to set it in paring mode first. Please use the following Guide

I followed the guide and it is still not working. Bluetooth is on, headphones are in pairing mode, and I have 'Show notifications to connect using 'Swift Pair' selected, too.

Can it see your headphone ? Can your computer connect to OTHER Bluetooth device ?

Regards.

It can connect to my smartphone quite easily and the headphones itself  are perfectly intact.

I don't know if you saw my reply, but my headphones can indeed connect to my smartphone with ease. However, my laptop doesn't even recognize my headphones at all.
