It does NOT have Bluetooth hardware. Your machine was built around 2011 therefore you may be able to change wifi card using the following list

  • Broadcom 4313GN 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi and 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Combo Adapter, for use with computer models equipped with an Intel processor or select models equipped with an AMD processor part # 657325-001
  • Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230, for use only with computer models equipped with an Intel processor part # 631956-001
  • Ralink 5390GN 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter, for use with computer models equipped with an Intel processor or select  models equipped with an AMD processor part # 630703-001
  • Realtek RTL8191SE 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter, for use with computer models equipped with an AMD processor or select models equipped with an Intel processor part # 640926-001

(Your machine uses Intel processor).
