It is an AIO machine which already has  Wireless: Wireless LAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac featuring Dual-band (2.4GHz and
5GHz) 2x2 MIMO technology and integrated Bluetooth® 4.0.

You should be able to use wireless tight now. Please use the following Guide

Connect to a Wi-Fi network in Windows

Regards.

What is your computer ? Does it have a wifi adapter ? If NOT, you can use a quick fix by using (or similar)

               https://www.asus.com/au/networking-iot-servers/adapters/all-series/usb-ac53-nano/

There are a lot around and cheaper too. Note: use dual bands adapters.
