How do I open up my HP laptop to remove the hard drive?

My parents told me to dig up my old HP laptop and open it up to remove the hard drive so we can dispose of it, the only problem is that it won't open up easily and I'm frightened i might break the bottom portion because of how stiff it is.

There isn't any screws or anything, and I'm tempted to just go to a Computer Repair shop to just do it for me

But I also don't wanna spend money cuz I'm flat broke HAHA, so opening it up by myself is my only choice
