How do i turn on wireless capability?

Product Name: my HP Notebook - 15-ac042tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

It says to turn on the wireless  capability, but i don't know how to. I tried press F12but it doesnt work. The only way i can use internet it by connecting my netsetter to the the laptop. PLEASE HELP

Typical usless HP support crap!  404 - page not found.  What the hell has happened to HP support?  This is the year 2017; HP really thinks it is a good idea to hide wireless functions on a notebook?????
