Product: HP Pavilion Aero 13.3 inch Laptop PC 13-be0000 (3B3W4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was told that the newest model of my TCL smart TV can connect to any laptop via Cast app, it can connect to my iphone, android smart phone, but not to my HP laptop, why? I cannot find my TCL smart TV on Cast app of my HP laptop, I tried it with Bluetooth of my HP laptop, but it failed to connect to my TCL smart TV. 

Someone can help me on this issue? Thank youi very much !
