Hi @Madge52,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To reconnect to Wi-Fi using a PIN number, follow these steps:
Using Windows:
Open Wi-Fi Settings:
- Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar.
- Select Network & Internet settings.
Find Your Network:
- Go to Wi-Fi and select Show available networks.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network from the list.
Connect:
- Click Connect. If your network requires a PIN, you’ll be prompted to enter it.
Enter the PIN:
- Type in the PIN provided by your router (often found on a sticker on the router) and click Next.
Using a Mobile Device:
Open Wi-Fi Settings:
- Go to Settings and then Wi-Fi.
Select Your Network:
- Tap on your Wi-Fi network.
Enter the PIN:
- Input the PIN when prompted, then tap Connect.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
