Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Couldn't connect my Bose QC 35 ii to my HP EliteBook 8570p on Windows 7 64 bit enterprise edition laptop.

Tried all the possibilities ou there. Tried updating my Intel Bluetooth drivers for Windows 7 to Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® 20.60.0 and updated the Bose firmware to latest through laptop. When i install the device the drivers are not succesfully installed, I get the Bluetooth Peripheral Device's drivers are not installed. How do I overcome this?

It is very easy to connect to iOS or Android mobile devices using Bose app. But for Winodws 7, firstly does your machine have Bluetooth ?  If yes, please use the following instructions

Instructions also show you how to connect to a machine using USB Bluetooth dongle
