My laptop can not find any bluetooth device .. and I have a bluetooth . I really need to connect my new sony headphones.. can you guys help me? Thank u!

Hi:

 

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

 

The model wifi adapter determines whether or not your notebook has built in Bluetooth networking.

 

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi:

 

That model card is indeed a combination wifi/Bluetooth adapter, so the only suggestion I can offer is to make sure you have installed the W7 Bluetooth driver for the  Atheros QCA9565 adapter because the generic BT driver that windows installs cannot work the Bluetooth.

 

This package contains the driver installation package for the Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

Great! it is working buddy! I managed to connect bluetooth JBL GO speaker, but I cant make a sound out of it Sony wh1000xm3 bluetooth headphones, there is a connection on a laptop but headphones doasnt say that it is paired and there is no sound.. what can I do? Cheers! We are almost there, becouse the headphones connect is my prio.
