Hello Fabio_32

Thank you for trying to help me. I downloaded the link you sent me, it is for HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148fdw and for window 10.

I went through following the steps to connect the print wirelessly, but the following is was I got as message:

Maybe with this picture, you can help me better. As you can see, the driver of the printer model at the top, that means, the printer in the laptop is different from the model of the printer.

Printing the Wireless Network Test Report of the HP LaserJet Pro M148fdw, I got this:

Diagnostics Summary - wireless is on and running. Network Name (SSID) found but Fail.

Configuration Summary shows - Network Name (SSID): CANALBOX-XB5B8-2G; Communication Mode: Infrastructure, Authentication Type: wpa2-psk/wpa-psk; Encryption: tkip+aes

Troubleshooting: Your HP printer cannot find your wireless router. Check that your wireless router is powered on. Check that the printer's network name (SSID) matches the network name (SSID) of your wireless router. If the names don't match exactly, run the wireless network setup to configure your HP printer. Critical action required.

Hello @Matthieu7

For testing purposes, can you try configuring it on another network?

It seems to be something in this itself. Reset the router and see the possibility of a new configuration

Best regards
