How to enable bluetooth on Envy DV6 laptop with an AR9485 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi adapter?

HP ENVY dv6z-7200 CTO Notebook PC which came with Atheros AR9485 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi adapter (Part No: 675794-001) has no bluetooth hardware functionality

You can replace it with this:
Part No: 690020-001
Description: Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter
