I want to know how to use sim slot.

I just wanna use internet by sim card.

It can't use by putting a sim card into sim slot.

PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO USE,I NEED IT REALLY.

Hi:

 

Every HP Elitebook 840 G3 has a SIM card slot.

 

What 90% of them don't have is the optional WWAN card that is required to connect to the cellular network.

 

In order for the SIM card to work, your notebook must have one of these supported WWAN adapters showing up under the Network Adapters device manager category, and I would bet my bottom dollar, that your notebook does not have this adapter.

HP hs3110 HSPA+ Intel® Mobile Broadband Module
