Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I set up Hotspot on my iphone it does not appear as a wireless network to allow me to tether to my laptop. 

I have tried bluetooth connecting phone to laptop, to set up personal network but still unable to use Phone's cellular data for internet.

any advice, greatly appreciated.

Hi thanks for the response. I have done this with my phone, but my laptop is not seeing the phone in network settings. 

Do I connect the phone using Bluetooth or wifi?

if I connect the phone using Bluetooth it does not seem to then let me use the phone’s cellular data.
