Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

how do I transfer photos from Notebook to my LG phone?   I connected phone to laptop via USB cable and was instructed (by LG tutorial) to access LG G4 Portable Media transfer App on my HP laptop.  However, I can't find this App, or anyway to download.

 

Assume this is a common request to transfer photos on laptop to android  phone...cannot understand why so difficult!

I don't use LG phone but use 2 Samsung phones and 4 Samsung tables all run Android latest version. The move/copy way is very close to the following ay
