Đi you buy option WWAN card for your machine ? Without WWAN card option, the SIM card is useless. What is your HP X2 ?

Yeah I installed WWAN, and the simcard is read but unactivated. I've put in a simcard of Uganda (Airtel) after relocating to Saudi Arabia. Could the problem be the network provider?

That's true, you have to ask your provider to see do they support your WWAN card OR they have other options
