My laptop has recently been unable to connect to ANY internet devices besides my hotspot on my iphone, I have tried resetting computer to factory default and nothing, also tried to manually find drivers and install and once again , nothing, im in complete shock as to what to do next, if anyone could give me ANY INFORMATION regarding the correct drivers needed to be able to re connect to any internet that isn't a hotspot, that would be great. Thank you

It can connect to your phone hot spot that means nothing wrong with its wifi adapter. Anyway, its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06057126
It has 802.11b/g/n (1x1) Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® 4.2 combo adapter .
Very interesting, HP does not supply a list of its parts
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=4BS30UA
It can have one of the following adapters
- Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9461 802.11 AC 1×1 WiFi + BT5 Combo Adapter (non-vPro) (MU-MIMO supported)
- Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)
- Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11 bgn 1×1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter
Do you know what it is ?
Regards.

i have no idea truthfully, I am also confused as to how i could go about seeing which adapter is the correct one, as one day i just logged on and it was no where to be found in my device manager or even in the wireless adaptors within the file. I can tell you it was dropped recently ,so i highly doubt ill be able to take the bottom apart without it being damaged, but is there a way to see which correct adaptor i used to use or currently need?

There are 3 on the list, please try on error all of them. You tried Intel, now try another 2.
